What you will do

• Develop and implement innovative HR strategies including compensation, performance management, and recruitment for clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their business mission, values, and strategic goals to provide tailored HR solutions.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Lead project management for client engagements, including budget management and resource allocation.
• Provide expert coaching to senior management and act as a thought leader in the HR field.
• Promote the company brand through networking and active participation in industry events.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting, leadership, or managerial role.
• Proven ability to coach senior management and develop HR programs.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• MBA degree.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Prior experience with account management software.
