What you will do
- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies including compensation, performance management, and recruitment for clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their business mission, values, and strategic goals to provide tailored HR solutions.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Lead project management for client engagements, including budget management and resource allocation.
- Provide expert coaching to senior management and act as a thought leader in the HR field.
- Promote the company brand through networking and active participation in industry events.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting, leadership, or managerial role.
- Proven ability to coach senior management and develop HR programs.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Prior experience with account management software.
