Salary: $65,000 annually (plus commissions; $31.25 hourly pay scale)

What you will do
- Proactively contact existing clients about upcoming contract expirations using outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain client relationships to support contract renewals and long-term partnerships.
- Educate clients on Aya’s Educational & Therapy staffing solutions and available service offerings.
- Identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and renewal activity in CRM systems and follow up through the renewal process.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on client retention initiatives and support business development through outreach, market research, and lead generation.
Requirements
- Must be onsite in San Diego, CA.
- Bachelor’s degree (direct industry experience can be substituted).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calls and client outreach activities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
