What you will do

• Own and evolve end-to-end sourcing strategy for a global category aligned to business growth and innovation.
• Develop and execute multi-year category roadmaps to ensure supply continuity and operational excellence.
• Build and manage high-performing global supplier networks, including selection, onboarding, and performance management.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing strategies with product and technology roadmaps.
• Lead complex negotiations and establish commercial frameworks that balance cost competitiveness with long-term resilience.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including capacity constraints and geopolitical factors.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex global categories in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
• Deep expertise in category management, supplier development, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including cost modeling, market analysis, and financial evaluation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
