What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across product categories and oversee a team of sourcing professionals.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards, payment terms, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Analyze spend data and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality.
• Establish supplier quality controls, monitor performance metrics, and take corrective action when needed.
• Identify supply chain disruptions and implement continuity and risk-mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, logistics, operations, and suppliers on component integration and sustainable sourcing practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement processes, global sourcing, and international trade regulations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for cost optimization and supplier performance tracking.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and their integration into sourcing strategies.
