Salary: $114,800 - $145,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead the development and deployment of global procurement strategies for consulting and legal services categories.
• Partner with senior business leaders to challenge and refine demand for external advisory services and ensure appropriate governance.
• Maintain a high-quality supply base of advisory partners, including specialized boutiques and legal service suppliers.
• Define commercial frameworks and engagement structures to ensure fair market pricing and clear scope definitions.
• Mentor and develop the procurement team through coaching, training, and career planning.
• Drive improvements in procurement processes using digital tools and analytics platforms to improve spend visibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in strategic procurement or category management.
• Significant exposure to professional services categories (consulting, advisory, or legal) in a global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a change agent and ability to influence stakeholders in matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation experience in professional services environments.

• MBA or advanced professional degree.
