What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop the Program Management competence and team for the SerDes Networking Solutions segment.
• Drive project portfolio and pipeline management to align investments, priorities, and resources with business strategy and budget constraints.
• Oversee program definition activities, including market input, product positioning, and execution strategy (make/buy/partner).
• Lead disciplined planning, risk management, budget tracking, and milestone control across multi-site, cross-functional teams.
• Provide transparent internal and external reporting on program status, risks, and corrective actions.
• Serve as an executive interface for key OEMs and Tier-1s, coordinating with Sales, CAS, FAEs, and Product Management; support integration of Aviva Links into NXP governance and processes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in automotive or high-tech industries with significant leadership responsibility in program, product, or general management roles.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional, multi-site projects with substantial budget and revenue responsibility.
• Strong background in complex system development (HW, SW, validation, qualification) and automotive NPI processes.
• Deep understanding of automotive networking and ADAS/IVI systems or closely related domains.
• Excellent business and financial acumen to balance strategy, execution, and customer needs.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders in a global, multicultural environment.
