What you will do
- Direct interdisciplinary teams to design, evaluate, implement, and scale evidence-based care and support programs.
- Oversee operations, growth, and strategic evolution of the digital care and support ecosystem (AlzConnected, Alzheimer’s Navigator, Community Resource Finder, and online education).
- Lead early-stage engagement initiatives, including oversight of the Early Stage Advisory Group (ESAG) and other lived-experience stakeholder groups.
- Serve as a national subject matter expert and spokesperson for media, funders, health systems, corporate partners, and researchers.
- Drive strategic innovation in care and support services, including exploring and implementing emerging approaches and technologies such as artificial intelligence.
- Partner with fundraisers to support revenue generation for care and support initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in psychology, public health, or a related field.
- 7–10 years in a senior leadership role.
- 3–5 years in product development.
- 7–10 years in relationship management.
- 7–10 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Excel, and AI tools.
