Salary: $133,200 – $148,000 CAD + bonus + benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Senior Living product modules.
• Act as the product expert, translating customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for scrum teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders to drive product discovery and delivery.
• Prioritize product investments using data-driven analysis to ensure business value and ROI.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial discovery through to launch and iteration.
• Engage directly with customers and partners to represent the product and gather insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in software product management.
• Experience managing SaaS products.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Azure-hosted cloud environments.
