Salary: $190,000 - $210,000

What you will do

• Lead the AI Transformational team to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI initiatives.
• Establish enterprise AI intake and prioritization frameworks along with governance for data privacy, security, and ethics.
• Evaluate AI vendors and emerging technologies to determine feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with Engineering and Research teams to design and optimize both off-the-shelf and custom AI solutions.
• Develop and execute an enterprise AI literacy strategy for leaders and teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success and ROI of implemented AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in transformation or technology leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of AI tools, LLMs, automation platforms, and technical architectures.
• Proven experience driving AI adoption initiatives within medium to large-scale organizations.
• Demonstrated consulting experience with the ability to translate research into actionable initiatives.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in the K-12 EdTech or publishing industry.
• Familiarity with enterprise business systems such as CRM, CPQ, ERP, or HRIS.
• Professional certifications like AIGP, PMP, CSPO, or vendor-specific certs (AWS, Google, IBM).
• Prior experience in consulting or technology systems integration.
