What you will do

• Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide workflow consulting for physician, clinical, and operational teams.
• Configure advanced workflows and integrate third-party systems into the platform.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute complex enterprise go-live events.
• Develop and deliver tailored training programs for large health system audiences.
• Conduct testing across devices, platforms, and integrated technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or IT-related discipline is ideal.
• Prior experience in customer-facing or service-oriented roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio (or Lucidchart), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
