What you will do

• Implement the full suite of Altera software solutions, specifically Sunrise EMR, at client sites.
• Perform complex system configuration and provide technical guidance to clients.
• Translate paper-based clinic workflows into optimized electronic formats.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide expert workflow consultation to clinical leadership.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate system issues throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
• Provide comprehensive activation support to meet client utilization and transformation targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the U.S.
• 2+ years of hands-on healthcare IT implementation and configuration experience.
• Demonstrated functional knowledge of EMR/EHR systems.
• Experience working within a formal implementation project team.
• Strong client presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time for on-site go-live support.

Nice to have

• Specific expertise in Altera Sunrise EMR.
• Experience with Epic or Meditech systems.
• Clinical background (SME).
• Technical background in SQL or SSRS reporting.
