What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for HME/DME software solutions.
• Conduct system configuration, workflow design, and remote training sessions for clients.
• Document business and technical requirements to ensure successful product adoption.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software issues reported by customers.
• Create and maintain configuration guides and training materials for internal and external use.
• Facilitate the transition of live customers to standard support processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare software implementation, project management, or training.
• 1+ year of experience training users on HME/DME applications.
• 1+ year of experience implementing forms-based software.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for technical software issues.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Familiarity with SaaS performance criteria and best practices.
