What you will do

  • Build, coach, and manage a performance-driven team of ~10 Account Executives focused on net new customer acquisition.
  • Define team structure, goals, and outbound sales strategy to generate pipeline and close new platform deals with independent agency media teams.
  • Drive CRM-based execution (Salesforce), including prospect coverage, activity benchmarks, and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with management, product, and solutions to articulate client needs and co-create agency offerings aligned with market demand.
  • Coach Account Executives on value-based pitch decks, research, and player-coach co-selling to advance sales discussions.
  • Ensure post-onboarding hand-offs to Account Managers to support continued client success and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading teams to hit and exceed 7-figure quotas in a hunter-focused digital advertising sales environment, with strong preference for programmatic advertising experience.
  • Experience selling directly to independent agency teams using consultative, solution-based selling and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement go-to-market plans, including defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and segmentation frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise with sales tools/technology stack (including Salesforce) and ability to optimize sales processes using data.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and coach others to do the same.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region to meet clients and support team engagements.
