What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end delivery model for platform changes.
• Establish standardized rollout, release, and rollback patterns across the fleet.
• Lead release readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions for platform updates.
• Partner with Product teams to ensure new capabilities are deliverable without bespoke coordination.
• Reduce reliance on account-specific projects in favor of repeatable delivery mechanisms.
• Track delivery health metrics and drive continuous improvement in efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience operating in complex, brownfield platforms undergoing modernization.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, progressive delivery, and operational best practices.
• Proven ability to influence across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Background in technical program management, platform operations, or large-scale SaaS delivery.
• Comfort pushing back on unsustainable delivery patterns and customer-driven exceptions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Burlington, Canada (Hybrid).
