What you will do

• Build, hire, and coach a diverse team of Delivery Solution Architects in the Canada region.
• Define and monitor post-sales execution strategies to ensure customer use cases move to production efficiently.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services to accelerate account growth.
• Act as a technical sponsor and thought leader for key Enterprise customers.
• Manage resource allocation and work distribution for optimal customer coverage.
• Develop internal assets and processes to improve the effectiveness of the DSA practice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven delivery experience with SaaS technologies in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, AI, or ML.
• Experience building and leading technical post-sales teams, including hiring and onboarding.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-level technical executives.
• Experience deploying data products or workloads into production.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON
