TL;DR
Service Delivery Analyst: Supporting operational performance, reporting, and reconciliation for transactional services within the Client Services team with an accent on billing management and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Markham, ON (Hybrid role)
Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 CAD

What you will do
- Generate production and product metrics reporting for senior management and client service teams.
- Manage and resolve partner issues related to reporting, performance, costing, and pricing.
- Reconcile billing for production services including statements, tax, and disclosures.
- Coordinate solutions for operational client-facing issues and track quality control.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to establish and maintain production schedules.
- Support relationship management with external partners like Canada Post.
Requirements
- University Degree or Community College Diploma in Business or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational service capacity or outsourcing industry.
- Strong written, oral, and client management skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle cyclical industry demands and a fast-paced environment.
- Strong consensus-building skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the investment industry.
- Experience with pre-print production and variable imaging.
- Understanding of financial and costing models.
