What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision for professional services to align with overall business goals.
• Manage a P&L greater than $20M, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and product teams to drive service adoption.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure division profitability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, operations, or leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced SaaS or subscription environment.
• Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and client relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada (no sponsorship).
