What you will do

• Support public-sector and enterprise proposal responses and RFP pursuit activities.
• Develop project estimates, staffing plans, delivery approaches, and timelines.
• Lead and manage software and digital transformation project delivery.
• Coordinate with recruiting, leadership, and technical teams for project readiness.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and estimation frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or digital consulting.
• Proven experience with successful RFP/proposal submissions for Canadian public-sector or enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of Canadian procurement and proposal processes.
• Experience leading digital transformation and software delivery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with UX/CX, cloud, or AI projects.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
