What you will do

• Assemble high-performance racing engines according to precise blueprints and technical instructions.
• Record and track build data for analysis and performance validation.
• Maintain workplace organization and adhere to strict environmental and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and accuracy goals.
• Operate specialized measuring tools and equipment for engine inspection and assembly.
• Adapt to changing production demands and alternative shift schedules, including weekends.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Associate’s degree in an Automotive field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive engine building, assembly, and inspection.
• Strong mechanical proficiency with measuring devices like micrometers, calipers, and torque wrenches.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints.
• Physical capability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual assembly tasks.
