Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving sales growth by sourcing and closing new restaurant partnerships with an accent on pipeline management and relationship building. Focus on executing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding, while acting as a subject matter expert for restaurant partners.

Location: Must reside in the Houston, TX area. This role is hybrid, requiring up to 3 days per week of in-market activities and up to 25% travel outside the primary market.

Salary: $100,000 base + $60,000 OTE (uncapped).

What you will do

• Source, qualify, and close new restaurant partnerships to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline by reviewing leads and re-engaging lost opportunities.
• Act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert for prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to ensure smooth launches for new partners.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing to refine acquisition strategies.
• Track and update all deal communications in Salesforce in real time.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Houston, TX area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS.
• Hunter mentality with solid sales and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Extensive customer network.

• 10+ years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role.
