What you will do

• Lead technical architecture and solution design for Dynamics AX and D365 F&O environments.
• Develop and maintain customizations using X++, extensions, and event handlers.
• Design and implement complex integrations with Azure services, D365 CE, and external systems.
• Manage LCS environments, code deployments, and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to establish best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, Texas.
• 7+ years of experience in Dynamics AX / D365 F&O development.
• Expert-level proficiency in X++ development, including extensions and Chain of Command.
• Strong experience with OData, REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, and Dual-write.
• Proven track record of full lifecycle ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Proficiency in SSRS reporting, SQL performance tuning, and Data Management Framework (DMF).

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 migrations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with Dataverse implementations.
