Salary: $88,000–$118,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementation projects, including configuration and development.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather functional requirements and identify business gaps.
- Design and recommend software solutions, customizations, and integrations for manufacturing and distribution clients.
- Develop functional design documents and configure D365 Business Central software.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams.
- Assist with R&D to stay ahead of market trends and prepare the team for client needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S. and available for 20% travel to client locations.
- 5+ years of ERP support experience, with preference for professional services firm background.
- Strong knowledge of accounting or finance principles.
- Experience with D365 Business Central is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with manufacturing industry clients.
- Knowledge of the Business Central ecosystem, including ISVs and App partners.
- Relevant professional certifications.
