What you will do

• Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementation projects, including configuration and development.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather functional requirements and identify business gaps.
• Design and recommend software solutions, customizations, and integrations for manufacturing and distribution clients.
• Develop functional design documents and configure D365 Business Central software.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams.
• Assist with R&D to stay ahead of market trends and prepare the team for client needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. and available for 20% travel to client locations.
• 5+ years of ERP support experience, with preference for professional services firm background.
• Strong knowledge of accounting or finance principles.
• Experience with D365 Business Central is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing industry clients.
• Knowledge of the Business Central ecosystem, including ISVs and App partners.
• Relevant professional certifications.
