What you will do

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
• Configure Advanced Pricing rules, order management workflows, and automated hold logic.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable functional designs.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support to other analysts and administrators.
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery, including sprint planning, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and process alignment across global business units.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application administration or implementation.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of core enterprise processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to develop functional specifications, test plans, and business requirements.
