CRM Engineer (Dynamics 365)

Salary: $122,000 - $207,500

What you will do

• Provide production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications.
• Develop, test, and implement D365 PowerAutomate Cloud Flows and custom features.
• Update and support Microsoft Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps.
• Collaborate with architecture and UX teams to build Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Consult with business stakeholders to modernize processes by leveraging Power Platform and Azure services.
• Create and maintain application solution documentation and user guides.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions (D365/Power Platform preferred).
• 2+ years of experience building PowerApps and Flow structure-driven apps.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Expertise in C#, .NET development, and Microsoft Dataverse.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Agile delivery team.
• Exposure to Power BI.
