What you will do

• Lead solution design, testing, and implementation for Workday Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Design and develop tools for module automation, monitoring, and auditing to reduce operational risk.
• Manage module upgrades, including feature review, impact analysis, and regression testing.
• Drive strategic projects such as annual Open Enrollment and expanding time tracking to new markets.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and manage data requests involving EIB loads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with Workday Benefits, Absence Management, and Time Tracking configuration and deployment.
• 6+ years of experience designing automation and auditing tools to improve efficiency.
• 6+ years of experience building Workday reports, dashboards, and handling EIB loads.
• 3+ years of experience using Agile Project Management tools, including Jira.
• 2+ years of experience with BI/SQL.
