What you will do
- Deliver remote coaching via apps, video conferencing, and electronic systems to help members achieve health goals.
- Use AI-powered tools to provide metrics-driven insights and conduct daily member rounding.
- Analyze member metrics including weight, blood glucose, sleep, and movement to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage a high-volume caseload (minimum 500 members) while strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians assistants to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Engage members in goal setting and motivate them toward long-term self-efficacy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related work experience in health/nutrition counseling or health coaching.
- Active license in the US.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm EST, including at least two evening shifts per week.
- Comfort with high-volume caseloads and back-to-back video visits.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Google, Slack, and Video Conferencing.
Nice to have
- Health Coaching or Health Educator certifications.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Prior startup experience.
