What you will do

• Support OSAT NPI sourcing activities and negotiate ad hoc charges with partners.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with OSAT partners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare QBR materials and lead internal alignment meetings.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements including SOX and ISO standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and comparisons for OSAT services.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of procurement experience in the semiconductor field, preferably in OSAT.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
