What you will do

• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects including RFx development, reverse auctions, and direct negotiations.
• Analyze spend data, perform market research, and manage supplier discovery processes.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate requirements and define sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships, including training, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare comprehensive proposal summaries and present actionable insights to clients.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and process templates to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Deep understanding of marketing and sales commodities and cost structures
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data manipulation
• Proficiency in e-sourcing tools such as Ariba, Zycus, or similar platforms
