TL;DR

Account Executive (Sales): Source, qualify, and close new restaurant partners while driving deals through the full sales cycle with an accent on pipeline building, relationship management, and cross-functional execution. Focus on meeting monthly sales quotas, maintaining consistent outbound activity, and tracking opportunities in Salesforce to support successful launches and partner growth.

Location: Remote (Minneapolis, MN area required)

Salary: $100,000 base + $60,000 OTE, uncapped

What you will do

  • Source, qualify, and close new restaurant partners to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Maintain consistent activity to keep a full pipeline, including reviewing old leads and lost opportunities for re-engagement
  • Serve as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to prospects and customers
  • Work with the Onboarding Team to ensure smooth launches for new restaurant partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing and demand generation to refine acquisition approach
  • Track and update deals and communications in Salesforce in real time

Requirements

  • Location: Candidates must reside in the Minneapolis, MN area
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS
  • Hunter mentality with strong sales and business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships quickly
  • Extensive customer network
  • Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS
  • Experience working with restaurants or food-related entities/clients
  • Experience in a start-up environment
