What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification and discovery to proposal and contract negotiation.
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to identify organizational challenges for nonprofit clients.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with specific fundraising goals.
  • Generate new business opportunities through professional networking and self-directed prospecting.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline visibility using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and handoffs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • Proven experience managing a full sales cycle from discovery through close.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • Proficiency in documenting and forecasting pipeline using a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising practices.
  • Ability to effectively use productivity and sales enablement tools.

Nice to have

  • 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or nonprofit technology.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Gong or ZoomInfo.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools for prospecting and customer engagement.
