What you will do

  • Identify and engage prospective customers to secure new business contracts.
  • Conduct discovery calls and virtual product demonstrations for brokerages and real estate teams.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly performance metrics.
  • Provide market feedback to management regarding trends and competitive threats.
  • Represent the company at in-person industry events and client visits as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency with sales technology stacks including Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Ability and willingness to travel in-market up to 10% of the time.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and presentation skills.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a changing environment.
