What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 10-20 enterprise clients to maximize the impact of generative AI search optimization software.
- Translate platform data into strategic recommendations to improve visibility and optimization tailored to client business goals.
- Guide clients through onboarding, education, and adoption journeys to ensure high engagement and retention.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions focused on AI-discovery performance.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans to align with client priorities and value drivers.
- Identify and drive account expansion opportunities by integrating the platform into regular client workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a marketing-focused SaaS company.
- Location: Must be based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- Proven experience managing a strategic enterprise book of business.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for research, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills for turning technical insights into persuasive strategic action plans.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and a team-first orientation.
