Salary: $120K – $150K base + Equity

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for 10-20 enterprise-level clients to maximize the impact of generative AI search optimization software.
- Translate platform data into strategic recommendations tailored to business goals to drive visibility and optimization.
- Guide clients through onboarding, education, and adoption journeys to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions focused on AI-discovery performance.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans to ensure alignment on client priorities and value drivers.
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success or account management, ideally at a marketing-focused SaaS company.
- Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement (3x/week in-office).
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in daily workflows for research, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Proven experience managing a strategic enterprise book of business with established playbooks.
- Strong communication skills to turn complex technical insights into persuasive strategic action plans.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and a team-first orientation.
