What you will do

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for CCTV, mobile units, and network infrastructure.
• Assemble custom panels and construct preassembled rapid deployment solutions per technical schematics.
• Configure IP addresses, flash firmware, and program networking devices prior to deployment.
• Conduct bench testing and quality assurance to verify system integrity.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, RMA processing, and equipment staging.
• Provide technical support during service calls and collaborate with project managers on complex escalations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in low-voltage systems, CCTV, or field service operations.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, power systems, and physical hardware assembly.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools, multi-meters, and cable termination techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders/lifts, and work outdoors.
• Must be able to pass background checks including criminal and credit verification.
