What you will do

  • Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound hunting strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Target mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and venture-backed startups.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to improve platform features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to increase conversion rates.
  • Develop and track quota targets in partnership with regional management.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
  • Fluent in English (internal communication language).
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing network of B2B relationships with mid-to-large enterprises in Argentina.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to CFOs and business owners.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive.

  • Experience in top-tier consulting or investment banking.
  • Background in fintech, payments, or cross-border financial services.
