What you will do
- Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound hunting strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
- Target mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and venture-backed startups.
- Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to improve platform features.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success to increase conversion rates.
- Develop and track quota targets in partnership with regional management.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
- Fluent in English (internal communication language).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Existing network of B2B relationships with mid-to-large enterprises in Argentina.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to CFOs and business owners.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive.
