Project Manager

Project Manager: Leading project teams in a complex matrix environment to deliver business and systems projects with an accent on Agile delivery, governance, and triple-constraint management (time, cost, performance/scope and quality). Location: Toronto Office (hybrid: mix of remote and in-office working). Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

Salary: $105,000 to $164,000 base salary and discretionary performance bonus (annual range).

What you will do

• Prepare project charters and detailed project plans (scope, schedule, budget estimates, baselines, resources, quality plans, and success criteria).
• Run project governance by completing approval forms and presentations, and establishing communications, monitoring, and control mechanisms.
• Manage day-to-day delivery to ensure milestones and deliverables are met while identifying, assessing, and resolving risks and issues.
• Lead teams in a matrix environment by clarifying roles and responsibilities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring communication support.
• Partner with the Project Management Office to follow portfolio/program/project standards and implement project change management to manage time, cost, and performance.
• Support Agile adoption through coaching, backlog/product goal clarity, impediment removal, and KPI reporting (e.g., burn-down/burn-up, velocity, value generation).

Requirements

• Work authorization for Canada is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project/Program Management and/or Scrum Master capacity.
• Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Extensive experience leading business and systems delivery teams using Project Management and Agile methodologies.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to teach teams to be self-organized and work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
