What you will do

• Hire, train, and manage a team of 15-20 Area Sales Managers.
• Ensure consistent execution of the company's five-step sales process.
• Coach team members on core selling skills, program knowledge, and performance metrics.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and field visits to drive results.
• Handle escalated dealer calls and implement strategies to improve regional volume.

Requirements

• Must have demonstrated experience in automotive, finance, and sales at retail dealerships.
• 5-7 years of proven success in a sales role.
• Strong knowledge of cold calling, appointment setting, and consultative sales techniques.
• Effective presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.
