Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Identify and target architectural, design, and engineering firms in healthcare, government, and education sectors.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers and specifiers to drive demand for hirify.global solutions.
• Prepare and secure door and hardware specifications for commercial projects.
• Promote and implement the Openings Studio BIM tool for 3D door and access control specification.
• Deliver continuing educational programs on new products and design-assist services.
• Manage customer relationships and project tracking using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

• College degree in architecture, engineering, business, or 2-3 years of industry experience in architectural representation.
• Ability to perform year-round in-person travel to Montana and travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of sample materials.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to visit factory assembly floors as part of customer experiences.
