What you will do

• Conduct quality audits at job sites to ensure efficient and cost-effective route work.
• Perform NIM job audits following construction and modernization turnovers to identify reliability issues.
• Assist mechanics with troubleshooting and provide on-the-job technical training.
• Analyze accounting reports to monitor route profitability and provide data-driven feedback to management.
• Support safety training initiatives and maintain knowledge of industry code requirements.
• Provide technical input to sales staff regarding repair work scopes, labor, and material costs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle, WA
• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry or equivalent management experience.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and analyze business data.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and presenting to management and customers.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local elevator industry codes.
