What you will do

• Recommend correct GAC solutions to customers and assist the sales team in technical positioning.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support via phone and email to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GAC and competitor product lines.
• Plan product demonstrations and trial installations of equipment upon request.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Support product development activities, including field trial specifications and test site selection.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of equivalent industry experience if no degree is held.
• Experience in engine manufacturing, industrial equipment, generator packaging, or vehicle controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize activities to meet program deadlines.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Agawam, MA.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry knowledge of the industrial diesel and gas engine market.
• Previous application engineering experience in a technical field.
• Multi-lingual ability.
