What you will do
- Provide technical support to dealers and fleets via call center and field visits.
- Conduct on-site diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements for escalated cases.
- Perform dealer service capability audits covering facility readiness, tools, and safety.
- Investigate field quality issues and provide technical feedback to engineering teams.
- Manage regional relationships with dealers, fleets, and service partners.
- Develop and validate service procedures, quick reference guides, and training content.
Requirements
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex automotive or EV-related issues.
- Strong technical and professional communication skills.
- Experience in project management and organizational discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office and diagnostic platforms.
- Must be based in or able to provide on-site support for the West Coast region (Garden Grove, CA).
