What you will do
- Manage, retain, and drive revenue growth within existing client relationships.
- Act as the primary client liaison, partnering with ClientCare, Billing, Product, Technical Support, and Implementation teams.
- Handle inbound client inquiries and perform outbound outreach via phone and email.
- Provide product training to clients to ensure effective use of services.
- Identify and execute renewal and upsell opportunities based on client usage behaviors.
- Coordinate required documentation for product changes related to security, credentialing, and legislative requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous customer-facing and sales experience.
- Knowledge of the consumer credit reporting marketplace.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously within a CRM environment.
- High school Diploma.
