Account Specialist

Location: Heredia, Costa Rica; hybrid

What you will do

• Manage, retain, and grow revenue within existing client relationships.
• Resolve inbound client inquiries and communicate with clients by phone and email.
• Coordinate with ClientCare, Billing, Product, Technical Support, and Implementation.
• Provide product training and support clients in using hirify.global services.
• Identify renewal and upsell opportunities by monitoring client usage and emerging needs.
• Gather documentation for product and service changes related to security, credentialing, data reporting, and legislative requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing and sales experience.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of the consumer credit reporting marketplace.
• Experience meeting sales targets and performance metrics.
• Experience managing multiple opportunities in a CRM environment.
