Döhler Group is seeking an entry-level Associate Business Analyst to support product management analytics and SAP-driven enterprise reporting.

What you will do

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze product and business data from SAP systems and related databases.
• Support Product Management with reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP analytics tools and Excel.
• Identify product trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Assist with documenting business requirements and analytical findings, including SAP data migration support when required.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Basic understanding of SAP modules and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
