What you will do

• Develop and refine intricate process analyses and end-to-end process mappings.
• Document and understand Adobe Commerce processes and advise internal users.
• Collaborate with marketers, UX designers, developers, and QA to fulfill eStore releases.
• Provide comprehensive data analysis and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Lead the operational enablement of prioritized products sold online.
• Participate in the development of strategic and long-term business plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of eCommerce or business operations experience in an enterprise marketing environment.
• 2+ years of business/requirements analyst experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Commerce or similar enterprise eCommerce platforms.
