What you will do

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and maintain comprehensive personnel records.
• Administer HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, running audits, and generating workforce metrics.
• Oversee compliance documentation, including I-9 records and E-Verify administration.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR processes, policies, and systems.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and employee data management.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to work onsite in a modern fulfillment facility.
