Compensation: Base $50,000; OTE $120,000+

What you will do

• Prospect and close new business with small and mid-sized merchants.
• Sell payment processing, POS, and fintech solutions.
• Conduct in-person and outbound sales activity within the assigned territory.
• Manage leads, opportunities, and customer data in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed established sales quotas.

Requirements

• Must reside within the defined territory (Bakersfield, San Francisco, or San Jose, CA).
• 1+ years of outside or field sales experience.
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
• Experience selling SaaS, POS, payments, merchant services, or fintech solutions.

• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling to small and mid-sized business (SMB) clients.
• Deep industry knowledge of merchant services, payment processing, and POS systems.
