Salary: $136,500–$185,000 (Base pay for Bay Area)

What you will do

  • Lead a sales team to drive growth in merchant services and manage strategic relationships with mid-market businesses.
  • Provide financial consultancy on AR/AP processes, cost analysis, and risk management to deliver customized solutions.
  • Mentor the team in navigating complex sales cycles and negotiating favorable terms across various industries.
  • Spearhead innovation in sales strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coach the team on Salesforce pipeline management and internal/external stakeholder collaboration.
  • Implement proven sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, Solution, or Sandler.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams, particularly with high-value multi-location business clients.
  • Extensive background in sales, territory management, and corporate account management within software or fintech.
  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles in the merchant services industry.
  • Deep understanding of money movement, specifically Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for pipeline and stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams toward shared goals.
