What you will do

• Analyze product and site funnels to identify friction points and translate findings into a prioritized roadmap.
• Design, implement, and review A/B tests and multi-armed bandit experiments to measure impact and optimize experience.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define success metrics and influence overall product strategy.
• Use statistical models to uncover customer behavior insights and perform root cause analysis on business performance.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analytics throughput and expand the reach of data insights.
• Act as a thought leader and mentor to peers, raising the technical and analytical bar within the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of quantitative or technical analysis experience, preferably in product analytics or e-commerce.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and experience with statistical modeling (Python preferred).
• Proficiency in site analytics and experimental test design.
• Experience with modern data tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Sigma.
• Must be based in the US as the company does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and "Together Weeks".
