What you will do

• Own marketplace monetization and economics, balancing merchant supply, consumer demand, and pricing to drive profitability.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key Marketplace KPIs for data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to grow marketplace partners and increase merchant value.
• Analyze supply-side dynamics, including incentives and placement, to understand elasticity and drive incremental GMV.
• Lead experiments and analyses to refine placements and optimize overall marketplace performance.
• Conduct loan-level profitability analyses and evaluate affiliate portfolio performance using network data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on marketplaces, ads/affiliate ecosystems, or two-sided platforms.
• Strong intuition for supply-demand dynamics, pricing, and marketplace tradeoffs.
• Proficiency with data tools including SQL, Python, DBT, and Sigma.
• Experience managing ETLs and collaborating with engineering to optimize data pipelines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
