Salary: $115,000–$167,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Operations, Strategy, Recruiting, and Finance leaders to forecast and align headcount needs.
• Build sophisticated financial and operational models connecting business drivers to staffing requirements.
• Develop intuitive dashboards and reports to track staffing utilization, productivity, and capacity gaps.
• Apply probabilistic and Python-based simulation modeling to analyze cost and efficiency trade-offs.
• Lead monthly headcount data analysis and vendor management strategy reviews.
• Improve data integrity and automate manual reporting workflows to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, management consulting, investment banking, or strategic operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics, Math, Statistics, Finance).
• Exceptional skills in Excel/Gsheets financial modeling, SQL, and Python.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and DBT models.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA and able to work in a hybrid environment.
